Design Phase - Kick-off meeting

Hello! This form is to help us find the best dates for the first two plenary meetings of the design process. Each plenary meeting will take place over two half day sessions, one in the afternoon and one the following morning.

The kick-off meeting will take place in mid-June and there will be a second plenary meeting in October.
